drivers: flash: stm32: ospi: read/erase single, dual and quad modes

Adds support to read and erase NOR-Flash over OSPI using
the following modes:

* 1-1-2
* 1-2-2
* 1-1-4
* 1-4-4

Supports 4-Byte opcodes conversion and gets address width
from the SFDP:BFP.
