Bluetooth: host: Kconfig: Change default value of BT_RFCOMM_TX_MAX 



To avoid the case that CONN_TX is available but RFCOMM_TX is
unavailable, set the default value of BT_RFCOMM_TX_MAX to
BT_CONN_TX_MAX.
