boards: intel_adsp/ace30: enable building with Zephyr SDK 0.17.0 



Zephyr SDK 0.17.0 adds the toolchain for the Intel Audio DSP
ACE 3.0 platforms. We can now add the bits to enable building
the boards with SDK 0.17.
