i2c: Add nRFX TWI RTIO-compatible driver 



First version of RTIO-compatible nrfx_twi driver.

Test Setup:
- Board: nrf52840dk
- Test: `tests/drivers/i2c/i2c_ram`
- Additional Kconfig: `CONFIG_I2C_RTIO=y`
