tests: drivers: adc: adc_api: Add nrf54h20dk_nrf54h20_cpuppr



Add overlays for nrf54h20dk_nrf54h20_cpuppr. Moved common configuration
for nrf54h20dk to nrf54h20dk_nrf54h20_common.dtsi. Add configuration
for vpr_launcher on nrf54h20dk_nrf54h20_cpuapp.
