qemu_cortex_m3: Remove nonexistent UART_CONSOLE_BAUDRATE from defconfig 



CONFIG_UART_CONSOLE_BAUDRATE doesn't exist and we will get the buad rate
setup from the UART_STELLARIS config defaulting to 115200
