clock: mcux: Use FSL_FEATURE_MCG_FFCLK_DIV to conditionalize 



Use the FSL_FEATURE_MCG_FFCLK_DIV define to decide if we should
call the api to get Fixed Frequency Clock.

This fixes Issue #49924
