drivers: gnss: tidy satellite count kconfig symbols 



CONFIG_GNSS_LUATOS_AIR530Z_SATELLITES_COUNT
and CONFIG_GNSS_U_BLOX_M8_SATELLITES_COUNT
would unnecessarily be in .config file.
