drivers: ethernet: w5500: MAC change support

Devicetree local-mac-address and zephyr,random-mac-address support added.

Updated w5500_set_config() to support ETHERNET_CONFIG_TYPE_MAC_ADDRESS
and change the MAC address at runtime.
