drivers: adc: Rename gecko IADC config option 



Renamed CONFIG_ADC_GECKO to CONFIG_IADC_GECKO to eliminate confusion
between the Incremental ADC found on series 2 silabs gecko MCUs, and the
ADC found on earlier gecko series.
