thrift: null-terminate certificates in samples and tests

The thrift methods loadCertificateFromBuffer(),
loadPrivateKeyFromBuffer(), and
loadTrustedCertificatesFromBuffer() expect a null-terminated
string.

Append '\0' to each array used to hold a certificate in
thrift samples and tests.
