Bluetooth: classic: Fix LE LTK cannot be derived issue

In the handler of SMP_Pairing rsp, the encryption key
flag is cleared incorrectly.

It causes the LE LTK cannot be derived.

Do not modify the encryption key flag to fix the
issue.
