boards: arm: Clean up HyperFlash dts nodes on mimxrt10{50,60}_evk 



Cleans up the HyperFlash device tree nodes on the mimxrt1050_evk and
mimxrt1060_evk_hyperflash boards to be more consistent with other
FlexSPI child nodes.
