modules: hal_nordic: turn off temperature update by default for nRF54H20.

Adds an appropriate condition to the Kconfig as
the temperature driver is not supported for nRF54H20 devices yet.

Without this change, a build with NRF 802.15.4 libraries produces
Kconfig error.
