boards: mimxrt1180_evk: Use both LEDs on the board

When the gpio-leds and pwm-leds nodes are enabled,
the pin gets reconfigured to the driver that is
initialized later as both nodes were using the same
LED.
Use the Red LED that was unused for gpio-leds node.
