samples: net: civetweb: Remove an unnecessary config option 



CONFIG_NET_SOCKETS_POSIX_NAMES is incompatible with POSIX_API, so it's
disabled by the build system. It's no longer required anyway.

It is a leftover from before #16557 was merged.
