drivers: ssd16xx: Refactor activation 



Device activation always follows the same sequence, we first write the
SSD16XX_CMD_UPDATE_CTRL_2 register followed by
SSD16XX_CMD_MASTER_ACTIVATION. Create a helper function that performs
both of these actions.
