raptor_lake: Rename raptor_lake.dts to raptor_lake_s

Rename old rpl_crb to rpl_s_crb, which is needed for adding other
Raptor Lake boards. Main changes should be in the board device tree
configuration raptor_lake_p vs raptor_lake_s.
