zephyr: Fix translation of PSA Kconfig to MCUboot config 



MCUBOOT_USE_PSA_CRYPTO should be set by CONFIG_BOOT_USE_PSA_CRYPTO
instead of CONFIG_MBEDTLS_PSA_CRYPTO_CLIENT.
