add ble f/w blobs for STEVAL-MKBOXPRO board

Configure zephyr/module.yaml to allow importation of BLE
controller-only firmware required to work with zephyr
bluetooth stack. Also, add in ./CMakeLists.txt the include file
generation from the blob.
