USER-DPD: Added support to use VV integrator with USER-DPD if desired.

Includes documentation and examples.
NOTE: VV requires very small timesteps under isoenergetic conditions.
Consider using fix_shardlow instead, since this VV support is
primarily for comparison purposes.
