教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程旨在让学生了解中日韩传统、现代和当代戏剧类别，发展历史及其艺术特征；掌握戏剧制作、表演和观演过程中折
射出的历史、社会和文化背景，以及戏剧对历史进程产生的影响。通过使用戏剧研究、文化研究和人类学研究等手段，在
特定语境下探讨各个剧种的特征，学生能够以跨学科的视角认识并解读东亚戏剧。
This course aims to help the students understand the traditional, modern and contemporary theatrical genres in China,
Japan and Korea, as well as their histories and features. Students will learn about the historical, social and cultural
background reflected through the production, performance and reception of theatrical works. Taking approaches from
theater studies, culture studies and anthropology, students will discuss distinct characteristics of each genre under
specific contexts, and will be able to understand and interpret East Asian theater from an interdisciplinary angle.

本课程预期让学生掌握以下技能和知识：
1、熟悉不同东亚戏剧类别的历史与特征；
2、了解不同历史和社会环境对戏剧制作和观演的影响；
3、初步掌握表演分析的能力。
Upon successful completion, students will be able to:
1. To apprehend basic histories and features of different East Asian theatrical genres;
2. To understand how did historical and social environment influence the production and reception of theater;
3. To master the skill of performance analysis.
