教学目标 Course Objectives
政治哲学是从哲学高度对政治的反思性认识。科学认识与把握政治哲学的理论脉络，对于我们深入了解与研究现代政治的
基本原理有不可替代的作用。因此，政治哲学导论是全国高校的基本课程之一，也是政治学专业的必修课。
本课程以课堂讲授为主，辅之以小组讨论，使学生们通过学习初步了解现代政治哲学的基本概念、理论架构，理解现代政
治运作的原理，为进一步学习政治学专业理论奠定基础，同时有利于不同专业的学生深入理解与把握中国政治的基本面
向，培养学生科学认识、分析现实问题的能力。Political Philosophy is a fundamental subject from the philosophy view to
reflect the political phenomenon. It is a normative discipline that gives students a sense of the central problems of
political philosophy. Students will explore the subject through a series of linked questions, raiding the treasure houses of
political philosophy in search of answers and approaches.
Political philosophy is significant for the students to study the basic principle of modern politics. This course mainly
focuses on introducing the fundamental concepts and theories of political philosophy, and presenting Chinese politics
context. Classes are mainly conducted through lectures and discussions. Participation in this course will enable students
to learn the most basic concepts and theories of political philosophy.

通过本课程学习使学生初步了解现代政治学基本概念和理论，理解现代政治运作的体制机制，把握中国政治生活的基本面
向，提高学生科学认识、分析现实问题的能力。
Upon the successful completion of this course, students will learn the most fundamental concepts and theories of
political philosophy. They will be able to comprehend the system and mechanism of political operation, grasp the political
trend of the nation, and also, develop a scientific and critical view on the reality of recent world.

第一讲：导论
教学内容：什么是政治哲学、政治哲学的基本问题、研究方法；研究方法：分析哲学的路径。
第二讲：为国家辩护
教学内容：人类政治共同体从城邦、家国到民族国家的发展历程；社会契约；功利主义；公平的基本原则。
第三讲：谁应该统治？
教学内容：现代政治的基本规则；柏拉图反对民主；卢梭与公意；代议制民主；民主并非绝对的价值。
第四讲：权利的地位
教学内容：密尔论权利；为自由权辩护；自由主义的问题；社会主义的权利概念；权利的历史进程。
第五讲：财产分配
教学内容：分配正义的基本问题；财产与市场；罗尔斯的正义论；罗尔斯及其批评者；全球正义问题。
第六讲：个体主义，正义与女权主义
教学内容：个体主义与反个体主义；妇女的权利；超越自由个体主义、集体主义的困境与出路。
第七讲：政治与社会
教学内容：施特劳斯的政治哲学；沃格林的政治神学；反思现代政治；古典政治哲学的回归。
第八讲：情感与现代政治
教学内容：爱欲与哲学，卢梭论情感与政治、阿伦特与史坷垃对卢梭的批判；政治情感。
