教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程旨在对学生进行知识产权教育,熟悉科学类和工程类的专利并能撰写和申报相应的中美专利。
This course aims to educate students on intellectual property, familiarize them with patents of science and engineering,
and patents application in China and the United States.

本课程的学生预期能达到如下成果:1、了解中美两国的专利制度;2、发明的构思;3、现有技术的检索;4、专利申请的
绘图与撰写;5、科学和工程类专利申请的递交
After completing this course, the students will learn the followings: 1. the patent basics in China and the U.S.; 2.
invention; 3. searching; 4. drawings and specification; 5.filing of patent application of science and engineering.

1-4 学时:专利简介、发明的艺术以及专利的要求,着重讲解科学类与工程类专利;学生分组、注册中国专利局账号、以
组为单位尝试一个发明构思
Credit Hour 1-4: patent basics, the art of invention and requirements of patents. Emphasis on explaining scientific and
engineering patents lab section: form student groups, register an account with Chinese IP Office, each student group
tries an inventive idea.
5-8 学时:检索;各组对自己的发明构思进行检索
Credit Hour 5-8: teaching section: searching; lab section: each student group searches prior art for the idea.
9-12 学时:基于检索结果对发明构思进行优化;实践:发明构思的定型
Credit Hour 9-12: teaching section: refine the idea based on the search results; lab section: finalize the idea.
13-16 学时:说明书、权利要求;实践部分:绘图、权利要求和说明书的撰写、递交申请
Credit Hour 13-16: teaching section: specification, claims; lab section: drawings and writing of specification, writing of
claims and filing of patent applications.
