本课程旨在对研究生进行专利基础教育,并初步具备撰写专利申请的能力
This course aims to provide the graduate students a basic view of patent system. It also teaches how to write a
basic patent application.

课程以理论讲授为主,结合分组讨论,小组展示,作业,个人总结等
Focus on lecture, combine with group discussion, group presentation, projects assignments and summary, etc.

Section 1
1-4 学时:发明的贡义、名的家、简介发明
的艺术以专利的要;学生分、注册中国专利局账号以组为单
尝试一个发明构
Credit Hour 1-4: contribution to the society, great inventors, patent basics, the
art of invention and requirements of patents; form student groups, register an
account with Chinese IP Office, each student group tries an inventive idea.
Section 2
5-8 学时:学习使用检索工具;各组对自己的发明构思进行检索
Credit Hour 5-8: teaching section: searching tools; lab section: each student
group searches prior art for the idea.
Section 3
9-12 学时:基于检索结果对发明构思进行优化;发明构思的定型
Credit Hour 9-12: teaching section: refine the idea based on the search results;
lab section: finalize the idea.
Section 4
13-16 学时:说明书和权利的结构权利说明
写、递交申请
Credit Hour 13-16: teaching section: specification, claims; lab section:
drawings and writing of specification, writing of claims and filing of patent
applications.
