OCE329 工程施工与项目管理（3）
理论课，3 学分，3 学时/每周。本课程是海洋工程与技术专业必修的专业基础类课程。通过
该课程的学习，使学生掌握工程项目管理的基本理论、原理与方法，包括组织管理、进度管
理、成本管理、质量管理、安全管理等方面的内容，具备进行工程项目管理策划及实施控制
等方面的能力。该课程的开设将帮助学生提前了解实际工程项目是如何进行管理、合理规划
及有效开展实施的，这为学生们未来从事工程海洋相关工作提供了知识储备。
OCE329 Engineering Construction and Project Management (3)
Lecture, 3 credits, 3 credit hours per week. This course is a compulsory basic course for
the major of Ocean Engineering and Technology. Through the study of this course,
students will learn the basic theories, principles and methods of engineering project
management, including organization management, schedule management, cost
management, quality management, safety management and other aspects, and be
equipped with the ability of engineering project management planning and implementation
control. This course will help students understand in advance how to manage, rationally
plan and effectively carry out actual engineering projects, which will provide knowledge
reserve for students to engage in engineering and ocean-related work in the future.
