教学目标 Course Objectives
材料科学与工程专业是与工程技术密不可分的应用科学,生产实习是实践教学的重要环节。通过在与材料相关的企业实
践,使学生了解和掌握与材料工程相关的生产和管理知识,巩固和丰富已学习的专业基础课程内容,培养学生理论联系实
际的能力,提高学生在工程实际中观察问题、分析问题以及解决问题的能力和方法,同时了解企业的生产方式、制造技术
和管理模式。
Material science and engineering is a specialty that closely relate to engineering technology. Industry practice is an
important part of practical teaching. Through practice in enterprises related to materials, students will understand and
master the knowledge of production and management of materials engineering, consolidate professional knowledge,
cultivate the ability to integrate theory with practice, improve the ability to analyze and solve problems. At the same time,
the students will understand the mode of production of enterprises, manufacturing technology and management mode.

预达学习成果 Learning Outcomes
1. 了解实习单位的组织机构和生产组织管理情况。
2. 理解工程实践中的工程职业道德和规范,并能够在实习过程中履行并遵守。
3. 了解传统材料工业生产的流程,以及新材料、新技术、新工艺的设计与研发的过程,以及这些工程活动对社会的影响。
4. 了解零部件和产品的质量检验与管理规程。
5. 了解生产、设计、质量检验和管理等方面的过程以及相关的法律法规。
6. 能够在实习阶段对生产实践内容做好总结和计划,并形成最终实习报告。
1. To understand the organization and manufacture management of the internship unit.
2. To understand engineering ethics in engineering practice, and comply with them during the internship.
3. To understand the manufacture process of traditional materials industry, as well as the design, research and
development of new materials, new technologies and new processes, and the impact of these engineering activities on
society.
4. To understand the quality inspection and management procedures of parts and products.
5. To understand the process of production, design, quality inspection and management as well as relevant laws and
regulations.
6. To summarize the practice in the internship, and form the final internship report.

材料相关的企业实习,包括材料系统一安排单位,学生根据自身情况和兴趣联系的单位。实习内容与方法由实习单位与
指导老师共同决定,并编制具体实习大纲,应体现材料科学与工程专业课程知识内容的应用与实践。
Internship in a material related company. The company can be arranged by the department of materials science and
engineering, or arranged by students themselves according to their own situation and interests. The content and method
of the internship are decided by the internship unit and the instructor together. The specific internship outline should be
compiled to reflect the application and practice of the knowledge of material science and engineering.
