1. Understand the fundamentals of polymer structure-property relationship.
2. Learn the methods of polymer synthesis.
3. Understand the properties of polymer solid state and solution.
4. Understand the processing methods for thermoplastics, elastomers, and thermosets.
Learn the basic applications of polymers and composites.

预达学习成果 Learning Outcomes
Undergraduate students who have passed this course are expected to learn the fundamentals of all
aspects of polymers including polymer synthesis, polymer solution, polymer solid state
properties, polymer processing and various applications based on polymeric materials.
