教学目 Course Objectives
制造技术是机械制造领域内的基础课程,该课程为英文授课,重点讲授精密制造技术的理论基
础和主要工艺流程,包括切削、磨削、抛光、特种加工、工艺规划等方面的知识。课程分组项目能
够实现以学生掌握知识为目标、通过实践项目提高学生实际能力、培养学生国际化思维以及团队协
作管理复合能力的目标。
Manufacturing technology is one of the most fundamental courses in manufacturing industry, which will be
taught in English. The course ‘Manufacturing technology’ will mainly focus on the fundamental principles of
precision manufacturing processes, including cutting processes, grinding processes, polishing process, non-
traditional machining and process planning, etc. Team-working projects of the course will provide students
with training in international vision, team-working capability and innovative thinking.

教学方 Teaching Methods
制造技术是机械制造领域内的基础课程,主要讲授机械制造中工艺规划、精密制造、特种加工
等方面的内容。该课程的英文化授课、课程分组项目能够实现以学生掌握知识为目标、通过实践项
目提高学生实际能力、培养学生国际化思维以及团队协作管理复合能力的目标。因此该课程的开设
与改进对于培养具有原始创新能力的人才、具有集成创新能力的人才具有十分重要的意义。
The course ‘Manufacturing technology’ is lectured by Asssistant Prof. Yonghua Zhao to the students
major in mechanical engineering.
This course gives the students a fundamental and in-depth understanding of the basics in manufacturing
engineering and its development, including the manufacturing process planning, precision manufacturing,
and non-traditional manufacturing. The lectures are given in English, and focuses on the learning through
interpreting and team-working on real word projects. Therefore, the course could cultivate the students with
the international vision, team-work capability, and the innovative thinking.
