本课程拟面向医学及相关专业研究生，围绕在热带地区爆发和流行的疾病，着重介绍热带疾病的种类，传播以及致病
机理，防治特点及难点，现阶段研究进展以及未来发展趋势，使学生能够全面了解热带疾病的基本特点，理解相关疾
病的致病机理，并能够把握该领域的未来研究发展方向和需求，从而为今后从事相关科研工作奠定理论基础。
The Advances in Tropical Disease Research is designed for graduate students in medicine and related
majors, focusing on the outbreak and epidemic of Tropical Diseases. By introducing the types,
transmission, pathogenic mechanisms of tropical diseases, the characteristics and difficulties in
prevention and treatment as well as the current research progress and future development trends in
tropical disease research, the students are expected to establish the basic impression of tropical
diseases, understand the pathogenic mechanism of related diseases, grasp the direction of future
research as well as the emergent needs of the field, which will lay a theoretical foundation for a
potential scientific research career.

本课程拟主要通过讲授和专题讨论的模式，向学生传递热带疾病的相关专业知识，同时使学生能够运用所学对具体问
题展开分析,总结和凝练。
This course is intended to convey the relevant expertise of tropical diseases to students mainly
through lectures and seminars, in which the students are expected to use what they have learned to
analyze on and summarize from specific cases.

课程内容分为讲授和专题研讨两个模块；
讲授内容主要包括：1. 热带疾病种类以及危害，2. 热带疾病的传播以及致病机理，3. 热带疾病的防治技术以及难
点，4.气候变化以及城市化对热带疾病传播的影响，5.热带疾病的未来研究趋势，6.热带疾病防控与全球健康，
专题研讨：1.热带疾病防控技术前沿进展，2.后疫情时代热带病研究现状和趋势，3. 虫媒病毒的研究现状和发展趋
势。
The course is divided into two modules: lectures and seminars,

and difficulties of tropical diseases, 4. The impact of climate change and urbanization on the spread
of tropical diseases, 5. Future research trends of tropical diseases, 6. Prevention and control of
tropical diseases and global health,
The topics of seminar includes: 1. Frontier progress of tropical disease prevention and control
technology, 2. The current development and future research trend of tropical diseases in the post-
pandemic era, 3. Research status and development trend of arboviruses

本课程考核方式为考查，期末考核满分 100 分。主要将从出勤（15%），课堂表现(15%)，课后作业(20%)和期末报告
(50%)等几个方面的对学生进行考查。
This course is assessed by examination, and the final assessment is account for 100 points. Students
will be assessed from attendance (15%), class performance (15%), homework (20%) and final report (50%).
