教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程是面向临床专业本科生的医学人文系列课程,旨在引导学生把医学和人文紧密联系起来,有效促进医学与人文知
的渗透和融合,结合医学教育特点开展医学人文教育及职业素养培训,培养学生正确的的世界观、人生观、价值观,侧
培养学生的医风医德、医学人文关怀、医学人文精神,最终使受教育者对医学目的、方法、手段的理解和运用更加人性
化。
This course is a series of medical humanistic courses for clinical undergraduates, which aims to guide students to
closely link medicine and humanism, effectively promote the penetration and integration of medicine and
humanistic knowledge, carry out medical humanistic education and vocational literacy training in combination with
the characteristics of medical education, cultivate students' correct worldview, life view and values, focus on
cultivating students' medical ethics, medical humanistic care and medical humanistic spirit, and finally make
educatees more humanized in the understanding and application of medical purposes, methods and means.

1. 古代文明与医学 中国古典医学的自强不息精神
通过介绍古代文明与医学故事,掌握医学起源于人类生产和生活实践的史实,熟悉社会分工促进医疗经验积累的观点,了
解运用历史唯物主义观点和方法分析远古时期的医学模式,熟悉社会经济、政治、科技文化和哲学思想对中医学术方向产
生的影响和作用。

1.Ancient Civilization and Medicine - The Self-improvement Spirit of Chinese Classical Medicine
Through introducing the stories of ancient civilization and medicine, students should master the historical facts that
medicine originates from human production and life practice, be familiar with the viewpoint that social division promotes
the accumulation of medical experience, understand the use of historical materialist viewpoints and methods to analyze
the medical model in ancient times, and be familiar with the influence and role of social economy, politics, science,
technology culture and philosophical ideas on the academic direction.
2. 医学发展与人类文 我的从医
通过个人经历分享掌握医学发展的机制和基本形式,熟悉医学与人类文化的互动,了解医学与医疗服务的发展。
2.Medical Development and Human Culture - My Medical Path
Students should master the mechanism and basic form of medical development through personal experience sharing,
be familiar with the interaction between medicine and human culture, and understand the development of medicine and
medical services.
3. 现代医学活动伦理问题
掌握基因诊断、器官移植、人类干细胞研究中的伦理问题。

Students should master the ethical issues in genetic diagnosis, organ transplantation, and human stem cell research.
4. 医学与社会的互动 医学专业精神与利益冲突
掌握医学的社会功能,医疗活动中的法律关系和法律责任,熟悉医学与社会的互动,了解医疗与社会的协调发展。
4.Medical and Social Interaction - Medical professionalism and conflict of interest
Students should master the social function of medicine, the legal relationship and legal responsibilities in medical
activities, be familiar with the interaction between medicine and society, and understand the coordinated development of
medical treatment and society.
5. 医患关系 从医学的人文属性解决中国医生之困
熟悉医患关系的概念,医生的权利和义务,患者的权利。了解医生的特殊干涉权与患者权利冲突以及如何协调。正确理解
和认识中国医患关系现状。
5.Doctor-patient Relationship - Solving Chinese Doctors' Troubles from the Humanistic Attribute of Medicine
Students should be familiar with the concept of doctor-patient relationship, the rights and obligations of doctors and the
rights of patients. Understand the conflict between doctors' special intervention rights and patients' rights and how to
coordinate them. Correctly understand the current situation of doctor-patient relationship in China.
6. 临床诊治中的医学伦理问题(知情同意)

掌握临床诊疗中的知情同意问题。家属代理同意应当遵循的基本原则。
6.Medical Ethical Issues in Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment (Informed Consent)
Students should master informed consent in clinical diagnosis and treatment and the basic principles that should be
followed in the consent of family members' agency.
7. 临床实践中的医学人文
以骨科、外科、麻醉科、肿瘤治疗等为例,进行专项课程讲解,详细探讨临床与人文的紧密结合。掌握治疗过程中的临床
思维,熟悉临床思维的基本形式和特点。
7. Medical Humanities in Clinical Practice
Special courses are given to explain orthopedics, surgery, anesthesiology, cancer treatment, etc., and the close
integration of clinical and humanistic is discussed in detail. Students should master the clinical thinking in the treatment
process and be familiar with the basic form and characteristics of clinical thinking.
8. 生命的理解
通过对生命的进化、温度及意义进行专项讲解,掌握生命的意义,熟悉医学人道主义的主要内容,了解生命与死亡中的伦
理问题。
8.The Understanding of Life
Through the special explanation of the evolution, temperature, and significance of life, students should master the
significance of life, be familiar with the main contents of medical humanitarianism, and understand the ethical problems
in life and death.
9. 舒缓医疗的人文精
开展舒缓医疗的讨论。熟悉我国临终关怀的现状和伦理学问题。
9. The Humanistic Spirit of Soothing Medical Care
Carry out discussion of soothing medical care. Students should be familiar with current situation and ethical problems of
hospice care in China.
10. 医学科研中的伦理
掌握人体实验的历史及伦理原则的形成。医学科研中的科研诚信问题
