教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程是面向临床专业本科生的专业选修课。教学中以临床病例为基础，结合理论知识，引导学生在实践中学习，提高学
生实战能力。培养技术全面的高级人才，为今后从事急诊医学工作奠定基础。
This course is a major elective course for clinical undergraduates. Teaching is based on clinical cases, combined
with theoretical knowledge, to guide students to learn in practice and improve students' practical ability. It aims to
cultivate senior talents with comprehensive technology to lay a foundation for engaging in emergency medicine in
the future.

1. 掌握急诊医学的基础概念和主要原则；
2. 掌握各种常见、多发、急、危、重症的病因和发病机理、临床表现和救治原则；
3. 了解急诊医疗的服务模式和急诊医生的角色。

2. Master the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment principles of various common,
multiple, acute, critical and severe diseases;
3. Understand the service model of emergency medicine and the role of emergency physician.

1. 急诊医学概述 INTRODUCTION TO EMERGENCY MEDICINE
掌握急诊医学的概念、历史发展及学科属性。
Master the concept, historical development and subject attribute of emergency medicine.

2. 重症篇 SEVERE SECTION
掌握急诊常见的四大类病症：休克、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、弥漫性血管内凝血和多器官功能综合征。
Master four common types of diseases in emergency department: shock, acute respiratory distress syndrome,
disseminated intravascular coagulation and multiple organ function syndrome.
3. 急症篇 EMERGENCY SECTION
掌握急诊常见疑难紧急病症的处理包括呕血黑便与糖尿病酮症、急性意识障碍、急性心衰与高血压急症、急性心律失常、
发热、急性胸痛和急性腹痛。
Master the management of common difficult and urgent conditions in the emergency department includes hematemesis
melena and diabetic ketosis, acute disturbance of consciousness, acute heart failure and hypertensive emergencies,
acute arrhythmia, fever, acute chest pain and acute abdominal pain.
4. 中毒和理化损伤 POISONING AND PHYSICOCHEMICAL INJURY
掌握急诊常见的各类急性中毒的诊疗，以及常见的环境和理化损伤，如：淹溺、电击伤、冻伤以及动物咬伤伤口处理及暴
露免疫治疗。
Master the diagnosis and treatment of various common acute poisonings in emergency department, as well as common
environmental and physical and chemical injuries, such as: drowning, electrical injury, frostbite and animal bite wound
treatment and exposure immunotherapy.
5. 创伤 TRAUMA
掌握创伤急救高级生命支持的实战原则；掌握常见颅脑损伤的类型和急救原则；掌握胸腹部、骨创及重度软组织损伤的救
治原则。
Master the practical principles of advanced life support for trauma first aid; master the types and first aid principles of
common craniocerebral injuries; master the treatment principles of thoracic and abdominal, bone trauma and severe
soft tissue injuries.
6. 技能篇 SKILL SECTION
了解和掌握常见的重症监护室（ICU）常用的诊疗技术，如 PICCO、CVP、血液净化技术、脑功能检测技术、镇静镇痛技
术、机械通气技术和营养支持等，同时掌握四大穿刺技术的应用和技巧，同时熟悉气道管理技术。
Understand and master the common diagnosis and treatment techniques commonly used in intensive care unit (ICU),
such as PICCO, CVP, blood purification techniques, brain function detection techniques, sedation and analgesia

techniques, mechanical ventilation techniques and nutritional support, while master the application and skills of the four
major puncture techniques, and be familiar with airway management techniques.
