教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程使学生提高对常见寄生虫的认知，掌握常见寄生虫病诊断。
This course enables students to improve their understanding of common parasites and master the diagnosis of common
parasitic diseases.

本课程完成后，使学生掌握对常见寄生虫病的认知和诊断的能力，培养临床思维、科学思维、创新精神及实验技能，并获

The students can master the ability of cognition and diagnosis of common parasitic diseases, cultivate clinical and
scientific thinking, innovative spirit and experimental skills through learning. Also can acquire the ability of lifelong
learning and continuing professional development, so as to effectively engage in medical services and becoming
excellent doctors in the future.

1. 人体寄生虫学绪论以及食源性寄生虫
The introduction of human parasitology and food borne parasites
食源性寄生虫的形态、生活史、致病机理。主要包括华支睾吸虫、布氏姜片吸虫、肝片形吸虫、卫氏并殖吸虫；猪带绦
虫、牛带绦虫、曼氏迭宫绦虫；旋毛虫、广州管圆线虫等；弓形虫等。
The morphology, life history and pathogenic mechanism of food borne parasites. It mainly includes Clonorchis sinensis,
Fasciola brucelli, Fasciola hepatica, Paragonimus westermani; Taenia solium, Taenia saginata, Taenia mansoni;
Trichinella spiralis, Angiostrongylus cantonensis; Toxoplasma gondii, etc.
2. 土源性和水源性寄生虫
Soil and water borne parasites
土源性和水源性寄生虫的形态、生活史、致病机理。主要包括蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫、蛲虫、粪类圆线虫；血吸虫；溶组织内
阿米巴、蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫、隐孢子虫、阴道毛滴虫等。

The morphology, life history and pathogenic mechanism of soil and water borne parasites. It mainly includes Ascaris
lumbricoides, Trichuris, Hookworm, Pinworm, Strongyloides faecalis; Schistosoma; Entamoeba histolytica, Giardia
lamblia, Cryptosporidium, Trichomonas vaginalis, etc.
3. 虫媒性寄生虫
Entomopathogenic parasites
虫媒性寄生虫的形态、生活史、致病机理。主要包括丝虫、疟原虫、结膜吸吮线虫、杜氏利什曼原虫、锥虫等。
The morphology, life history and pathogenic mechanism of entomopathogenic parasites. It mainly includes Filariae,
Plasmodium, Conjunctival sucking nematode, Leishmania donovani and Trypanosoma.
4. 医学节肢动物
Medical arthropod
医学节肢动物形态特征，传播的疾病及防治措施。
Medical arthropod morphological characteristics, transmitted diseases and prevention measures.
5. 吸虫、绦虫、线虫以及原虫
Trematodes, tapeworms, nematodes and protozoa
掌握吸虫、绦虫、线虫以及原虫各阶段的形态。
Master the morphology of trematodes, tapeworms, nematodes and protozoa.
6. 食源性寄生虫病
Foodborne parasitic diseases
食源性寄生虫病的临床表现，诊断以及治疗。
