教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程是面向临床专业本科生的基础课，旨在让医学生掌握皮肤性病学的基础理论知识及常见皮肤疾病的诊断及治疗，了
解皮肤性病诊治的前沿技术。
This course is a basic course for clinical undergraduates. It aims to enable medical students to master the basic
theoretical knowledge of dermatology and the diagnosis and treatment of common skin diseases, and understand
the cutting-edge technology of the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases.

1. 了解皮肤性病学的基础理论知识；

1. 皮肤性病学总论 General introduction to Dermatovenereology
皮肤性病学的概念、历史发展及学科属性。
The concept, historical development and subject attribute of Dermatovenereology.
2. 皮肤性病学基础理论 Theoretical basis of Dermatovenereology
皮肤的结构及功能，皮肤病的常见临床表现。

Structure and function of skin，common clinical manifestations of skin disease.
3. 皮肤组织病理学 Skin Histopathology
正常皮肤的组织学特点，常见皮肤病的病理学改变。
Histological characteristics of normal skin, pathological changes of common skin diseases.
4. 皮肤性病的检查和治疗 Examination and treatment of Dermatovenereal disease
皮肤性病的常用检查技术，药物治疗原则，物理治疗和激光治疗简介。
Common examination techniques for dermatovenereal diseases, principles of drug treatment, introduction to physical
therapy and laser therapy.
5. 病毒、细菌感染性皮肤病 Viral and bacterial infectious skin disease
常见病毒感染性疾病和细菌感染性疾病的诊断与治疗。
Diagnosis and treatment of common viral and bacterial infectious diseases.
6. 真菌感染性疾病 Fungal infectious disease
真菌病概述，头癣、体股癣、手足癣等疾病的诊断与治疗原则。
Overview of fungal diseases, principles of diagnosis and treatment of tinea capitis, tinea corporis, cruris, tinea manus
and pedis.
7. 寄生虫性和虫咬性疾病 Parasitic and insect biting disease
疥疮、虫咬皮炎、阴虱等疾病的诊断与治疗。
Diagnosis and treatment of scabies, insect bite dermatitis, pubic lice diseases.
8. 红斑鳞屑性及湿疹性疾病 Erythema scaly and eczema disease
银屑病、玫瑰糠疹、湿疹等疾病的诊断与治疗。
Diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis, pityriasis rosea, eczema and other diseases.
9. 荨麻疹、药疹及皮肤血管炎 Urticaria, drug eruption and skin vasculitis
荨麻疹、药疹等变态反应性疾病的诊断与治疗，常见皮肤血管炎的诊断与治疗。
Diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases such as urticaria and drug eruption, diagnosis and treatment of common
skin vasculitis.
10. 结缔组织病 Connective tissue disease

红斑狼疮、皮肌炎、硬皮病等结缔组织病的诊断与治疗。
Diagnosis and treatment of connective tissue diseases such as lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis and
scleroderma.
11. 大疱性皮肤病 Bullous skin disease
天疱疮、类天疱疮等疾病的分型、诊断与治疗。
Classification, diagnosis and treatment of pemphigus, pemphigoid diseases.
12. 皮肤附属器疾病 Skin appendage disease
痤疮、玫瑰痤疮、雄激素性脱发、斑秃等皮肤附属器疾病的诊断与治疗。
Dianosis and treatment of skin adnexal diseases such as acne, rosacea, androgenetic alopecia, alopecia areata.
13. 色素相关性疾病 Pigment-related disease
白癜风、雀斑、黄褐斑、花斑糠疹等色素相关性皮肤病的诊断与治疗。
Diagnosis and treatment of pigment-related skin diseases such as vitiligo, freckles, chloasma, and pityriasis versicolor.
14. 皮肤肿瘤 Skin tumor
痣细胞痣、血管瘤、瘢痕疙瘩、脂溢性角化、基底细胞癌、Bowen 病、鳞状细胞癌等皮肤良恶性肿瘤的诊断与治疗。
Diagnosis and treatment of skin benign and malignant tumors such as nevi, hemangioma, keloid, seborrheic keratosis,
basal cell carcinoma, Bowen disease, squamous cell carcinoma, etc..
15. 性传播疾病（一） Sexually transmitted disease（1）
梅毒临床分期、皮肤表现、诊断与治疗，艾滋病的发病机制、临床表现、诊断与治疗。
Clinical staging, skin manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of syphilis. Pathogenesis, clinical manifestations,
diagnosis and treatment of AIDS.
16. 性传播疾病（二） Sexually transmitted disease（2）
生殖器疱疹、尖锐湿疣、淋病及非淋菌性尿道炎等性传播疾病的介绍。
Introduction to sexually transmitted diseases such as genital herpes, condyloma acuminatum, gonorrhea and non-
gonococcal urethritis.
