教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程是面向临床专业本科生的专业核心课，旨在培养临床医学生掌握耳鼻咽喉科学基本知识及临床技能，提高他们对临
床医疗实践中各种医学问题的分析、解决和思考能力。
This course is a core course for clinical undergraduates, which aims to cultivate clinical medical students to
master the basic knowledge and clinical skills of Otorhinolaryngology and improve their ability to analyze, solve
and think about various medical problems in clinical medical practice.

预达学习成果 Learning Outcomes
1. 掌握耳鼻咽喉科学的基本理论、基本原则、基本技能；
2. 培养能独立处理本学科的常见病、多发病和一般急重症的能力；
3. 培养耳鼻咽喉科学研究能力。
1. Understand the basic theories, principles and methods of Otolaryngology;
2. Cultivate the ability to independently deal with common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases and general
acute and severe diseases in this discipline;
3. Cultivate the research ability of Otorhinolaryngology.

1. 耳鼻咽喉科学绪论、耳应用解剖学及生理学
耳鼻咽喉科学的发展、耳应用解剖学及生理学、耳的症状学和检查方法、耳部疾病常用治疗方法。
1. Introduction to Otorhinolaryngology, applied anatomy and physiology of the ear.
The development of Otorhinolaryngology, applied anatomy and physiology of the ear, symptomatology and examination
methods of the ear, and commonly used treatments for ear diseases.

2. 外耳疾病
先天性耳畸形、耳创伤外耳道炎性疾病、外耳其他疾病。
2. External ear disorder
Congenital ear malformations, ear trauma inflammatory diseases of the external auditory canal, other diseases of the
external ear.
3. 中耳炎性疾病
急性中耳炎、慢性化脓性中耳炎、化脓性中耳乳突炎并发症。
3. Otitis media disorder
Complications of acute otitis media, chronic suppurative otitis media, and suppurative otitis media and mastoiditis.
4. 周围型面神经疾病
贝尔面瘫、Hunt 综合征、半面痉挛。
4. Peripheral facial nerve disorder
Bell's palsy, Hunt's syndrome, hemifacial spasm.
5. 听力障碍及其防治、耳部肿瘤
听力障碍概论、听力筛查、人工听觉技术、外耳良性肿瘤、外耳恶性肿瘤、中耳恶性肿瘤。
5. Hearing impairment and its prevention and treatment, ear tumor
Introduction to hearing impairment, hearing screening, artificial auditory techniques, benign tumors of the external ear,
malignant tumors of the external ear, and malignant tumors of the middle ear.
6. 鼻部的应用解剖学及生理学、鼻腔炎性疾病
鼻部的应用解剖学及生理学、鼻部症状学、鼻的检查学、鼻部疾病常用治疗方法、急性鼻炎、慢性鼻炎、药物性鼻炎。

睡眠呼吸障碍概述、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征、鼻咽肿瘤、口咽肿瘤、喉咽肿瘤、腮腺肿瘤。
