教学目标 Course Objectives
《传染病学》是临床医学的重要课程之一，根据培养目标的要求，通过教学使学生能够掌握防治传染病
的基本知识、基础理论和基本技能，为加速控制和消灭某些重要传染病打下基础。
Infectious Diseases is one of the important courses in clinical medicine. According to the requirements of training
objectives, students can master the basic knowledge, basic theory and basic skills of preventing and treating
infectious diseases through teaching, laying the foundation for accelerating the control and elimination of some
important infectious diseases.

1. 了解传染病学的基本理论、基本原则和基本方法；
2. 提高学生对传染学的常见疾病的认识及处理。

第一章 总 论
传染病的概念及其危害，传染病与感染性疾病的区别，学习传染病的目的。
传染病发病机制、感染过程的各种表现与流行过程及影响因素。
传染病的基本特征与临床特点，诊断与治疗原则。
Chapter I General Theory
The concept and harm of infectious diseases, the difference between infectious diseases and infectious diseases, and
the purpose of learning infectious diseases.
The pathogenesis of infectious diseases, various manifestations and epidemic processes of infectious processes and
influencing factors.
The basic characteristics and clinical characteristics of infectious diseases, diagnosis and treatment principles.
第二章 病毒感染
病毒性肝炎，流行性乙型脑炎，脊髓灰质炎，狂犬病，流行性感冒，麻疹，水痘和带状疱疹，流行性腮腺炎，流行性出血
热，登革病毒感染，传染性单核细胞增多症，艾滋病。
Chapter II Viral Infections
Viral hepatitis, epidemic encephalitis B, poliomyelitis, rabies, influenza, measles, varicella and herpes zoster, mumps,
epidemic hemorrhagic fever, dengue virus infection, infectious mononucleosis, AIDS..
第三章 立克次体感染
流行性斑疹伤寒，地方性斑疹伤寒，恙虫病。
Chapter III Rickettsial Infections
Epidemic typhus, endemic typhus, scrub typhus.
第四章 细菌感染
伤寒与副伤寒，细菌性食物中毒，细菌性痢疾，弯曲菌感染，霍乱，布氏杆菌病，鼠疫，炭疽，白喉，百日咳，猩红热，
流行性脑脊髓膜炎，败血症。

Typhoid and paratyphoid fever, bacterial food poisoning, bacillary dysentery, campylobacter infection, cholera, brucellosis,
