教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程的设置的主要目的是通过讲课、临床示教、见习、讨论和考试等教学环节，使学生了解并初步掌握口腔颌面部的解
剖生理、牙体牙周组织常见病、口腔黏膜疾病、口腔局部麻醉与拔牙术、口腔颌面部损伤与感染、唾液腺疾病、颞下颌关
节疾病、口腔颌面部常见肿瘤等口腔颌面部疾病的病因机制、检查诊断、治疗原则、治疗方法以及预防措施，掌握口腔科
常见疾病的基本知识和简易的处理技能。努力培养学生全方位的临床疾病分析和诊疗能力，为学生进入临床实习及以后的
临床实践打下坚实的理论基础。
The main purpose of this course is to make students understand and preliminarily master the etiological mechanism,
examination and diagnosis, treatment principles, treatment methods and preventive measures of oral and maxillofacial
diseases such as oral and maxillofacial anatomy and physiology, common dental periodontal tissues, oral mucosal
diseases, oral local anesthesia and tooth extraction, oral and maxillofacial injuries and infections, salivary gland diseases,
temporomandibular joint diseases, common oral and maxillofacial tumors through teaching links such as lectures, clinical
teaching, probation, discussion and examinations, and master the basic knowledge and simple treatment skills of common
dental diseases. Efforts should be made to cultivate students' all-round clinical disease analysis and diagnosis and
treatment ability, and lay a solid theoretical foundation for students to enter clinical practice and future clinical practice.

预达学习成果 Learning Outcomes
基于本课程的学习，学生对口腔常见病有充分的了解，对口腔疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗熟悉，使学生基本达到在临床
工作中的独立诊断，鉴别诊断口腔类疾病。
Based on the study of this course, students have a full understanding of common oral diseases, and are familiar with
the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases. Students can basically achieve independent
diagnosis and differential diagnosis of oral diseases in clinical work.

第一章 口腔颌面部解剖生理

口腔颌面部的范围及分区。口腔前庭、固有口腔的解剖结构。乳牙列、恒牙列及牙位记录。牙齿的解剖及牙体、牙周组织
结构。口腔颌面部解剖结构及生理特点。
Chapter I Anatomy and Physiology of Oral and Maxillofacial Region
Scope and division of oral and maxillofacial region. Anatomy of the oral vestibule, proper oral cavity. Records of primary
dentition, permanent dentition and tooth position. The anatomy of the tooth and the structure of the tooth body and
periodontal tissues. Anatomical structure and physiological characteristics of oral and maxillofacial region.

口腔内常规检查方法、内容和意义。口腔颌面部常规检查方法、内容和意义。口腔颌面部特殊检查所涉及的内容。

Methods, content and significance of routine examination in oral cavity. Routine examination methods, content and
significance of oral and maxillofacial region. Contents involved in special examination of oral and maxillofacial region.

菌斑控制的基本方法。不同人群的口腔保健。
Chapter III Oral Health Care
Basic methods of plaque control. Oral health care in different populations.
第四章 牙体牙髓病
急性牙髓炎的临床表现，牙髓炎的应急处理。龋病、牙髓炎、根尖周病的病因、临床表现及治疗。四环素牙、楔状缺损、牙本质
过敏、牙隐裂临床特点。
Chapter IV Endodontic Diseases
Clinical manifestations of acute pulpitis, emergency management of pulpitis. Etiology, clinical manifestations and
treatment of dental caries, pulpitis and periapical diseases. Clinical characteristics of tetracyclin teeth, wedge-shaped
defects, dentin hypersensitivity, and cracked teeth.
第五章 牙周疾病
慢性牙周炎的病因、临床表现、治疗原则。慢性龈炎、青春期龈炎、急性坏死溃疡性龈炎、药物性牙龈增生、牙龈瘤病因及特
点。侵袭性牙周炎、反应全身疾病的牙周炎的临床特点。
Chapter V Periodontal Diseases
Etiology, clinical manifestations, and treatment principles of chronic periodontitis. Etiology and characteristics of chronic
gingivitis, adolescent gingivitis, acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis, drug-induced gingival hyperplasia and epulis.
Clinical characteristics of aggressive periodontitis and periodontitis reflecting systemic diseases.
第六章 口腔黏膜常见疾病

口腔单纯性疱疹、复发性阿弗他溃疡、口腔念珠菌病、复发性阿弗他溃疡、天疱疮、口腔白斑病、口腔扁平苔藓的病因临床表现
及治疗。
Chapter VI Common Diseases of Oral Mucosa
Etiological clinical manifestations and treatment of oral herpes simplex, recurrent aphthous ulcer, oral candidiasis,
recurrent aphthous ulcer, pemphigus, oral leukoplakia, and oral lichen planus.
第七章 口腔局部麻醉
口腔局部麻醉的方法。常用口腔浸润麻醉法及阻滞麻醉法。上、下颌牙的神经分布。常用局部麻醉药物。局部麻醉的并发症及防
治。
Chapter VII Oral Local Anesthesia
Methods of oral local anesthesia. Oral infiltration anesthesia and block anesthesia are commonly used. Nerve distribution
in maxillary and mandibular teeth. Local anesthetic drugs are commonly used. Complications of local anesthesia and their
prevention and treatment.

颌面部感染的病因、临床特点。下颌第三磨牙冠周炎的病因、临床表现及治疗。颌周蜂窝织炎的病因、临床表现、各间隙感染的
鉴别诊断及治疗。放射性颌骨骨髓炎及婴幼儿颌骨骨髓炎的病因、临床表现及治疗。颜面部疖痈的临床及防治特点。颌面部“危
险三角区”感染向颅内扩散的途径。

Etiology and clinical characteristics of maxillofacial infections. Etiology, clinical manifestations and treatment of
pericoronitis of mandibular third molar. Etiology, clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis and treatment of
