Basic Laboratory technology-2: Aseptic technique & Cultivation of microorganisms
掌握无菌操作原则,了解培养基的选择与制备和保存。
Learn the aseptic operation. Explain the function of enriched, selective, highly selective, differential, and multitest media.
Try to make common culture broth and plates.
