《医患沟通与基础临床技能》是临床医学教学的核心内容之一,临床基本技能是医生和医学生的基本功,医学生能否熟练
掌握临床基本技能是衡量临床教学质量的重要指标。本课程将向学生介绍病史采集和体格检查的基本原则、方法和技巧,
主要包括问诊和病历书写、全身体格检查、外科手术学基本技能、临床常用操作技术、无菌术、妇产科基本技能、儿科基
本技能等临床基本技能,以及医学生的临床思维及综合临床分析能力等。课程采用综合性和案例式的学习方法,旨在为学
生提供医患交流、临床推理和进一步的临床诊断所需的体格检查技能。本课程目的是将诊断学、内科学、外科学、妇产科
学、儿科学等主干课程的基本理论、基本知识与基本技能有机地结合起来,综合强化训练学生的动手能力,理论联系实际
的能力,从而达到提高学生的临床综合素质的目的,为学生尽快适应临床实习奠定基础。
Communication skills and basic clinical skills is one of the core contents of clinical medicine teaching. It is one of the
basic clinical skills for doctors and medical students. Whether medical students can master basic clinical skills is an
important index to measure the quality of clinical teaching. This course will introduce students to the basic principles,
methods and skills of medical history collection and physical examination, mainly including inquiry and medical record
writing, general physical examination, basic skills of surgical surgery, common clinical operation technology, aseptic
surgery, basic skills of Obstetrics and Gynecology, basic skills of Pediatrics, and clinical thinking and comprehensive
clinical analysis ability of medical students. The course adopts a comprehensive and case-based learning method,
aiming to provide students with the physical examination skills needed for doctor-patient communication, clinical
reasoning and further clinical diagnosis. The purpose of this course is to organically combine the basic theories, basic
knowledge and basic skills of the main courses of diagnostics, internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and Gynecology,
pediatrics and so on, comprehensively strengthen the training of students' practical ability and the ability of combining
theory with practice, so as to achieve the purpose of improving students' clinical comprehensive quality and lay a
foundation for students to adapt to clinical practice as soon as possible.
本课程完成后,学生将能够:

(2)系统地使用临床诊断和病人护理所需的基础沟通、临床推理和体格检查技能。
(3)能独立制作临床面谈和体格检查的病历和其他形式的文件。
(4)能评估用于诊断的临床信息的性质和目的。
(5)能表现出符合职业道德规范的态度和行为。
The students will
(1) Explain the key principles, approaches and techniques of the clinical interview and physical examination.
(2) Demonstrate systematic use of foundational communication, clinical reasoning and physical examination skills
needed in clinical diagnosis and patient care.
(3) Create a medical record and other forms of documentation of the clinical interview and physical examination.
(4) Evaluate the nature and purpose of clinical information used for diagnosis.
(5) Display attitudes and behavior consistent with ethical standards related to professional practice.
