教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程将从医院管理学的基本概念和理论出发，密切结合临床医学实际，根据我国医院改革创新和发展建设的客观需求，
讲述我国医院管理现状、发展动态以及医院改革动向，并对医院管理重点环节与内容做简要阐述与介绍。
This course will start from the basic concepts and theories of hospital administration, and based on the needs of hospital
reform, innovation and development, describe the current status and development of hospital administration and hospital
reform, as well as introduce the key aspects and components of hospital administration.

通过本课程的学习，学生将
Through the study of this course, students will
（1） 掌握现代医院 管理 的概念 和 思 想方法 ； Master the basic concepts and principles of modern hospital
administration;
（2） 熟悉医院管理重点环节与管理方法；Be familiar with all aspects and methods of hospital administration;
（3） 了解医院管理的发展方向、最新动态和医院改革动向；Understand the development direction, latest trends
and hospital reform trends of hospital administration.

本课程将全面系统地介绍国内外医院管理领域的最新理论和进展，结合临床医学实际以及我国医疗卫生改革的历史进程，
讲述医院管理的最新发展动态和主要发展方向，讲解现代医院管理制度以及医院管理中的医疗和质量管理，医院人力资源
管理、绩效管理、经济管理、医疗信息管理等重点环节与内容，并以医联体为例讲述中国医疗服务体系的发展沿革。
This course will introduce the basic concepts and theories of hospital administration, combined with the history of China’s
medical care reform, introduce the recent development and direction of hospital administration, explain the modern
hospital management system and key components of hospital administration, including medical and quality management,
hospital human resources management, performance management, economic management, and information
management, and use integrated care as a case to introduce the evolution of China’s medical services system.
