教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程设计面向全校各个年级的本科生，尤其是医学生，讲授现代医学模式，社会因素对健康的作用，社会医学研究
中常用方法和技术，以及社会医学领域重点关注的社区卫生服务、慢性病非传染性疾病管理等领域的知识。拓宽学生视
野，提高学生的综合素质
This course is designed for undergraduates in all grades of the university, especially for medical students. It
teaches learners the modern medical model, the impact of social factors on health, the common methods and
techniques in social medicine research, as well as the main social medicine fields of interest, such as community
health services, chronic disease management. This course aims to broaden students' horizons and improve their
comprehensive quality.

预达学习成果 Learning Outcomes
（1）掌握现代医学模式、健康社会决定因素与社会医学研究中常用方法和技术。
Grasp the modern medical model, social determinants of health, and the common methods and techniques
in social medicine research.
（2）了解我国卫生体制改革和健康中国建设中面临的社会医学学科相关的焦点和难点，比如，社会卫生状况、卫生政
策、卫生保健制度、社区卫生服务以及慢性病管理等。
To understand the focal points and difficulties of social medicine during the national health system reform
and the establishment of a healthy China society, such as the social health status, health policy, health care
system, chronic non-communicable diseases management, community health services, and so on.
（3）学以致用，知行合一，能利用现代医学模式，健全健康观解决实际问题。
Combine knowledge and theory with practical application, use knowledge and methods of the modern
medical model and a sane healthy concept to solve the practical problems.

本课程将系统介绍现代医学模式、健康社会决定因素与社会医学研究中常用方法和技术，以及我国卫生体制改革和健
康中国建设过程中面临的社会医学学科相关的焦点和难点，比如社会卫生状况、卫生政策、卫生保健制度、社区卫生服务
以及慢性病管理等。
This course introduces the modern medical model, social determinants of health, the common methods and
techniques in social medicine research, as well as the focal points and difficulties of social medicine during the
national health system reform and the establishment of a healthy China society, such as the social health status,
health policy, health care system, chronic non-communicable diseases management, community health services,
and so on.
