教学目标 Course Objectives
“创新创业大讲堂”由我校创新创业学院院长、讲席教授刘科院士主持。“大讲堂”是为彰显我校“创知、创
新、创业”的办学特色，弘扬我校建设创新型大学的办学宗旨，塑造南科大创新创业文化氛围，激发南科大学
子树立创新创业雄心大志而开办。“大讲堂”邀请享誉国内外的著名企业家、经济学家和院士专家等做客南方科
技大学，围绕创新创业主题作专题讲座，探讨他们对创新创业的观点与见解，介绍行业创新的最新进展，与
我校师生分享创新创业的前沿知识和实践经验，同时向深圳有关创新创业的团体和社会人士适当开放，以提
升南方科技大学的知名度和社会影响力。
开办本课程的目的更多倾向于宣扬企业家精神，与创新创业学院其他课程相辅相承，在学生心目中播撒
创新创业的思想种子，激励学生树立创新和创业的理想，陶冶学生勇于创新和敢于创业的情操；引导学生在
日常学习和科研活动中，培养“产学结合、学以致用”的目的意识，在汲取成功企业的先进经验的同时，了解创
新技术的转化流程及创业的艰辛与风险，学习和掌握促进企业健康成长和长足发展的运营管理技巧，为日后
技术创新和自主创业的成功奠定基础。
Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum is hosted by Prof. Ke Liu, who is the Executive Dean of School of Innovation
and Entrepreneurship and Chair Professor of Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). This course
is to highlight the characteristics of SUSTech – “Research, Innovation, Entrepreneurship”, to carry forward the aim of
building an innovative university, to shape the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, and to inspire the
undergraduates to set up ambitions of innovation and entrepreneurship. The worldwide well-known entrepreneurs,
economists, academicians and experts will be invited to SUSTech to discuss their opinions on innovation and
entrepreneurship, to introduce the latest innovations in industry, and to share the related cutting-edge knowledge and
practices with our teachers and students. To promote the reputation and social influence of SUSTech, this course is
also to welcome the social communities and individuals who are interested in innovation and entrepreneurship in
Shenzhen if available.
Coordinating with other courses of School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, the goal of this course is to advocate
the entrepreneurial spirits, to encourage the students to have deep thinking on innovation and entrepreneurship, and to
stimulate the students to practise innovation and entrepreneurship in their campus and career lives. Meanwhile, the
course aims to lead students to establish the concept of “combination of industries and education, learn to practice” in
their daily learning and research activities. It is very helpful for students to build a solid foundation for their technology
innovations and entrepreneurship in near future, by listening the advanced experiences of successful enterprises,
understanding the hardships and risks of novel technology transformation process, and learning the management skills
to promote a healthy and rapid growth for enterprises.

预达学习成果 Learning Outcomes
对于选修本课程的学生，要求能按时听取讲座嘉宾的演讲，并围绕演讲内容和主旨查阅相关文献或案

例，形成自身的理解；学生应在专题讨论中积极发表自己的见解，结合指导老师和同学的批评建议，冷静
考虑和处理创业热忱与风险抗压的平衡关系，增强将来应对企业运营变化的心理素质，逐步形成各自的积
极健康的创业世界观。
作为考核元素，除在专题讨论中发表自我见解外，本课程同时要求学生提交针对各次讲座的系列小论
文和期末总结报告，以判断和循迹学生在接受本课程施教过程中的思想变化和达标效果。
The students are required to attend the lectures on time and follow up the main topics presented in the lectures to do
literature investigations. The students are encouraged to actively express their understandings and opinions in seminars,
carefully consider the relationship between entrepreneurial enthusiasm and risk of compression, potentially enhance the
psychological quality of responding to changes in business operations, and gradually form a positive worldview on
entrepreneurship.
The main key factors for examining students includes: to express own opinions in seminars, to submit a series of short
papers for each lecture, and to submit a final summary report on all the lectures.

南科大创新创业大讲堂由刘科院士主持邀请嘉宾演讲，原则上每两周一次，同时向全校师生和部分
社会人士开放。专题讨论原则上在嘉宾演讲的次周同一课时进行，由刘科院士指导学生讨论。

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum of SUSTech is hosted by Prof. Ke Liu once every two
weeks in principle. This course is open to all the school and social individuals. The seminar takes place at
the same time on the next week, and Prof. Ke Liu will guide students to discuss.
