教学目标 Course Objectives
介绍跨文化交际的基本概念和理论,探讨文化自觉如何影响人们在跨文化语境和情境中的言语及非言语行为;
增强学生对文化与沟通之间关系的理解,培养学生对于跨文化环境的适应能力以及对文化差异的洞察力,建立起跨文
化思维;
提升学生的跨文化交际能力,尤其是在多元文化环境中应对冲突和解决问题的能力;
在拓展多元文化视野和格局的过程中,增强学生对于中华文化的自觉与自信。
Introduce the basic concepts and theories of intercultural communication, and explore how cultural consciousness
affects people's verbal and nonverbal behaviors in cross-cultural contexts and discourses;
Enhance students' understanding of the relationship between culture and communication, develop students'
adaptability to cross-cultural environment and insight into cultural differences, and establish cross-cultural thinking;
Enhance students' intercultural communication skills, especially in multicultural environments to respond to conflicts
and problem-solving skills;
Enhance students' awareness and confidence in Chinese culture in the process of expanding the multicultural
perspectives.

课程介绍 Introduction:
《跨文化交际》是一门应用性很强的跨学科综合课程,涉及人类学、社会学、语言学、心理学、文
化学和民俗学等多个学科知识。本课程将通过案例分析、场景演练、小组讨论和讲座等多种教学形式,
运用图、文、声、情景并茂的教学手段,将跨文化及多元文化交往场景立体呈现,基于传授跨文化知识
与交往技能,培养学生对于跨文化环境的适应能力以及对文化差异的洞察力,建立起跨文化思维,逐步
提升跨文化交际能力,尤其是在多元文化环境中应对冲突和解决问题的能力。在拓展多元文化视野和格
局的过程中,增强学生对于中华文化的自觉与自信。
Intercultural Communication is a highly applied interdisciplinary course that covers a wide range of
subjects including anthropology, sociology, linguistics, psychology, culture and folklore. This course will
present cross-cultural and multi-cultural communication scenes through various forms of teaching such
as case analysis, scene exercises, group discussions and lectures, using teaching methods of
illustration, text, sound and scenes, based on the teaching of cross-cultural knowledge and
communicative skills, develop students' adaptability to cross-cultural environment and insight into
cultural differences, establish cross-cultural thinking, and gradually improve intercultural communication
skills, especially in multicultural environments to cope with conflicts and solve problems. In the process
of expanding the multicultural perspectives, students' awareness and confidence in Chinese culture will
be enhanced.
