Course Objectives
本课程旨在提高研究生的专业英语的写作，表达及运用能力。主要内容包含英文文章的结构及常用句
型和词语，英文文章的撰写、投稿和修改；文章（成果）的报告及面试。
This course is designed for statistics and data science graduate students and researchers who need advanced
training in English writing and communication skills. Topics include structures of statistics and data science
research papers, commonly used sentence structures and phrases, and tips on how to submit and revise papers
in English. The course also covers how to give presentations in English and how to deal with English
interviews.

The course offers students opportunities to practice reading, writing and presenting
