教学目标 Course Objectives
This is a test preparation course intended for learners who have an intermediate to upper-intermediate level of English. It
is intended to prepare them for the IELTS academic exam and help them to polish the primary language skills and
develop the confidence needed to tackle the high level of difficulty that this test presents. The course will explore the test
papers, examine in detail each task type, and gradually build up the skills, language and test techniques students need
to approach the IELTS exam with confidence. The complete IELTS Preparation Course consists of a total of 32 hours of
class time and will be completed in 16 week days.

预达学习成果 Learning Outcomes
This course aims to prepare learners to take the IELTS exam, the Academic Module, and to help them achieve a band
score of 5.5 to 6, or above. The IELTS Preparation Course aims to provide learners with instruction, advice, practise
and a series of IELTS exam strategies and tips that will improve their chances of successfully completing all the papers
in the IELTS exam within the time limits of each component. The course will also improve the students’ overall listening,
academic reading, academic writing, and speaking skills.
