教学目标 Course Objectives
研究中国金融改革与发展关键问题。邀请金融机构高管，金融监管部门，和金融业与高新企业创业者，通
过讲座形式授课。使学生能够在学习基本知识的同时对中国新兴加转轨金融有更好地了解和把握。
This course studies the issues of financial reform and development in china. We invite someone to lecture
who are financial institution executives, financial regulators, and the financial industry and high-tech
entrepreneur. By this course ,wo hope that students can learn the basic knowledge of finance and have
better understanding of China emerging and transitional finance.

This course focuses on the current financial entrepreneurship topics, analysis of the relevant issues deeply.
Our goal is guiding students to focus on financial trends and ability to analyze and solve practical problems.

本门课程聚焦于当代金融创业热点与前沿话题，每两周邀请一位嘉宾进行主题讲座，每期主题以实际应邀
嘉宾的演讲内容为准。每学期共 8 期，每期 3 学时，共计 24 学时。
This course focuses on the hot topics of contemporary financial entrepreneurship and cutting-edge topics.
Every two weeks, a guest is invited to conduct a lecture on the topic. Each topic is based on the actual
speech delivered by the invited guests. There are 8 lectures during every semester, each lecture has 3
hours, adding up to 24 hours.
本学期课程拟讨论的主题，有：
第一讲 从 0 到 1—雄安新区创业创新机遇 （3 学时）
Lecture 1. From 0 to 1 -- Opportunities for entrepreneurship and innovation in Xiongan
在本章节中，学习者将从创业创新的角度，了解雄安新区的金融业的发展现状与机遇。雄安新区是
新时代的深圳特区，正在孕育巨大的发展潜能，有望成为中国最宜居、最前沿、最适合创业、创新
的城市，这座城市也注定会成长出未来时代伟大的公司。

第二讲 区块链理解与实践 （3 学时）

在本章节中，学习者将从对区块链进行进一步深入学习，了解区块链在绿色金融体系的应用以及对
体系信息化进程加速。此外，区块链能为绿色金融应用场景中冗长的审核及验证问题提供更快速便
捷的解决方案。
第三讲 电信运营商大数据价值挖掘和跨行业融合 （3 学时）

在本章节中，学习者将从电信运营商的实际情况入手，了解大数据技术的应用场景，了解数据与实
际生活的结合以及行业间融合的情况。
第四讲 数字无界：开放、激励与共通 （3 学时）

第五讲 智慧出行、智慧医疗——招商银行金融科技实务篇 （3 学时）
Lecture 5. Smart travel and smart medical treatment -- China merchants bank fintech practice
在本章节中，学习者通过对招商银行 fintech 医疗开放平台、智慧停车云平台等金融科技项目的商
业模式，盈利模式以及运营手段等进行学习，进一步了解金融行业的工作内容，对金融科技项目的
整体情况有进一步的认识。
第六讲 资本红地毯上的大数据到大健康 （3 学时）

在本章节中，学习者可以学习到如何从创业者的角度看问题，了解到资本市场以及健康产业对大数
据应用，其二者的如何相互运作及联系，为学习者了解学科前沿，打下良好的基础。
第七讲 下一代人工智能： 脑机接口与人机交互领域变革 （3 学时）

在本章节中，学习者可以全方位的了解 BrainCo 和 BrainRobotic 的技术原理，运营模式，增进对前沿产业的
了解。
第八讲金融稳定与金融政策的关系 （3 学时）
Lecture 8. The relationship between financial stability and financial policy
在本章节中，学习者通过对我国金融政策的学习，加深对我国金融市场的特殊性，复杂性的认识，了解到中
国金融体系中渐进性改革所带来的套利空间造成了中国金融的不稳定。
