教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程的教学目的是使学生:
1) 了解生物信息学在环境科学中的应用
2) 了解生物信息学工具的原理
3) 掌握基本生物信息学工具的使用
4) 掌握基本 R 语言编程及绘图
The course is designed to help students:
1) be acquainted with the application of bioinformatic approaches in environmental science;
2) understand the fundamental algorithms in bioinformatics;
3) master the usage of the most popular bioinformatic tools in environmental science;
4) learn the basic R programing and data visualization.

Students will be informed on latest progress of bioinformatics application in environmental science. By accomplishing the
above-mentioned course objectives, students will establish a level of competence in applying bioinformatic approaches in
their own projects.
