教学目标 Course Objectives
本课程为环境学院大三和大四学生设置的一门选修课。本课程可使学生对中国环境管理方面主要的政策及其推行情况有一
个全面的了解，使学生能研究分析中国当前环境管理政策与伴随经济发展而面临的环境问题之间的内在关联，政策推行和
实施中遇到的问题及其原因。对如何制定合理的环境管理政策以及如何更有效推行现有环境管理政策具备一定的能力。
The course is for senior students. The objectives are for students to: 1) Familiar with the environmental management
policy and its execution. 2) Know about the internal connection between the environmental management policies in China
and the environmental problems during economic development. 3) Know partly how to develop reasonable environmental
management policies and how to implement existing environmental. Management policies more effectively.

预达学习成果 Learning Outcomes
通过一系列的讲座和实习，学生应能够。研究分析中国当前环境管理政策与伴随经济发展而面临的环境问题之间的内在关
联，以及政策推行和实施中遇到的问题及其原因。
After the course students have to know how to analysis the internal connection between the environmental management
policies in China and the environmental problems during economic development. And also can analyse the issue and its
causes encountered in the policies implementation.
