学生通过本课程的学习，要达到以下目标：
1. 掌握环境经济学的基础思想和理论；
2. 把握从经济学视角分析环境问题的思维方式、基本方法，了解当前热点环境问题及其背后的经济学解释；
3. 了解环境经济学的理论前沿和发展动态，具有一定的科学研究和实际工作能力。
The course is designed to help students:
1. Master fundamental theories and research methodologies of environmental economics;
2. Master fundamental methodologies to analysis environmental problems through economic perspectives; and
3. Understanding the economic explanations of current hot environmental issues.
