本课程将以微电子领域生产、开发和研究中使用的材料与工艺为中心内容,阐明相关材料和加工工艺的
基本概念和原理,并反映该领域的最新进展和一些典型的研究成果。从动力学、热力学两方面阐述材料
结构、性能及与工艺选择的关系。本课程还将结合微电子器件领域最新前沿研究,如 HEMT 器件、
MOSFET、MEMS 传感器等,介绍其相关材料与加工工艺。
通过本课程的学习,学生将对目前微电子产业中材料与加工工艺全面了解,同时获得动手实践操作的能
力。对于学生今后继续在微电子领域从事科学研究,或者成为为电子产业材料、工艺、设计方面的工程
师打下坚实的基础。
本课程将在传统课堂教学的基础上,尝试多种创新教学及授课方法,主要包括以下几个方面:
1.实践教学与课程教学相结合。本课程计划安排 24 个学时为学生实验部分,其中包括软件仿真设计、工
艺实践等。从多个方面锻炼学生的实际动手能力。
2.科研教学与基础教学相结合。本课程计划安排学生分组设计研究项目(DIY project),通过项目研究背景
调研,设计研究方案,利用软件优化参数设计,具体应用微电子材料与工艺相关技术。
3.“寓学于教”(Learning by Teaching)的创新教学与考核方式。研究发现,学生自己尝试去教一节课的过程
中,对于所学习的知识有更深入的了解。本课程将尝试国际先进的“寓学于教”方式,让学生在课程过程中
试讲一节课。在期末考核时,复述一节课。通过这种方式,有助于加深学生对于课程知识的理解。
本课程教学内容主要包括微电子材料、微电子加工工艺、先进微电子器件案例、微电子材料与工艺实
验、DIY project 等,总课时 48 学时。具体学时分配如下:
1.微电子材料,10 课时;(主要内容包括:半导体材料、III-V 材料、金属材料、聚合物材
料、二维材料等)
2.微电子工艺,10 课时;(主要内容包括:薄膜沉积工艺、光刻及纳米压印、刻蚀工艺等)
3.器件案例,4 课时;(主要内容包括:HEMT 器件、MEMS 器件、量子点器件等)
